The Don Is...

The head honcho of any organized crime Family is the Don. The Don is a revered position like the Pope or the President. The Don has the final say in all Family matters no matter what and can not be overruled.

I must say that the decision of who to make the Don was difficult. It took much diliberation on my part on who was in a leadership position at the time that these events took place. Even though the story is based in an alternative 1920s New York, the events are taken from March of 2005. By reading my journal for that month and the a couple weeks before and after it it should have been easy to see my decision.

Albina

Albina is one of the only members of the New York Clan to ever leave and still be alive. Her current status is mysterious and unknown. She has been spotted in Europe and South America speaking with smaller gang leaders there. It is difficult to see her next move for she is just too unpredictable but it is even more unpredictable to see what the Don will do in light of this recent development.


Phebe

Don of the New York Family, Phebe is both wise and strong. She is a close friend to Amadora and a former friend of Albina. She has come through for the Family in the past and does not plan any different. She has been known to be manipulative in deals and have sudden rages but she can do that because she's the Don. She had to get here some how and even if you don't like it you probably shouldn't say it or you'll be a dead man.

I hope you enjoy. This will be followed by the first fifteen pages of the story. It is still unfinished and still does not have a title. I added a couple lines to Amadora and Placido so be sure to check those out.
